BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT TERMS



GEORGIAN BAY / NORTH CHANNEL:

  • Bookings are accepted on a ‘by-the-guest’ space availability on a first come, first serve basis. Please see SCHEDULE – GEORGIAN BAY / NORTH CHANNEL for available times.  Reservations can be secured with a 25% deposit of the charter fee, or $500.00, whichever is greater.  The balance of payment is due forty five (45) days prior to departure.

  • Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellations up to 60 days prior to departure = $100.00 administration fee.  60-45 days prior = deposit of charter fee (if re-booked, deposit refunded less $100.00 administration fee).  Less than 45 days prior = no refund (if re-booked, refund less booking deposit).   

  • All prices are in Canadian funds.  Refer to GEORGIAN BAY / NORTH CHANNEL PRICING

  • Prices do not include applicable tax (13% HST).


  • Payments can be made by Cheque, Visa or MasterCard. 

  • Security deposit:
    For Bareboat Plan charters, a security deposit of $5,000 is required before boarding the vessel.   A credit card can be used and will not be processed.  In the event there is no damage or loss to the vessel or its equipment, the credit card slip will be returned to you after the charter has been completed.

  • Longer charters are typically quoted with a discount.  For example, a two-week charter is 5% lower for the second week. 

  • Rates are subject to change.  Rates are guaranteed NOT to change once a deposit has been received.  Rates on quotations are guaranteed not to change for 30 days from the date of the quote.

  • Charter rates do not include the gratuity. It is common practice with skippered charters to tip the Captain/Crew between 10% and 20% in accordance with your level of satisfaction with the service provided.

  • A Guest Package will be provided upon receipt of your deposit which includes a Welcome Letter, an invoice marked paid, a Journey Planner (All-Inclusive Plan > one day), a Waiver, and BIO of your Captain or crew/chef where applicable.


CARIBBEAN:   

  • Bookings are accepted on a ‘by-the-guest’ space availability on a first come, first serve basis. Please see SCHEDULE – CARIBBEAN for available times.  Reservations can be secured with a 25% deposit of the charter fee, or $500.00 whichever is greater.  The balance of payment is due forty five (45) days prior to departure.

  • Prices do NOT include permit fees and departure taxes levied in the British Virgin Islands.

  • Guests are advised a valid passport is required when crossing borders in the Caribbean.
